ORDER:

Q. How Do I place My Order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size chart to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products in your cart).

2. ‘Shopping cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the Shopping cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

Q. How will I get confirmation that my Order is placed successfully?

Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and your order ID.  All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome products to arrive.

Q. I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

Q. How should I check the status of my Order?

1. If you have a user account and were logged in while you place your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your bongsutra.com account.

2. Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and SMS. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

3. If you still have apprehensions, write to us at support@storeinfini-t.com, and your issue will be addressed.

Q. How will I receive my Order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Q. How do I cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order before it’s packed for delivery. Simply go to your BongSutra account along with your order ID, clicking ‘Orders’ and then ‘Cancel Order’.

Once your order is Packed, there after no cancellation will be entertained.

PAYMENT:

Q. Are there any Cash On Delivery (COD) Charges?

For COD orders, you will be levied Cash Collection Charges of Rs.25 per Order.

Q. Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card or Credit Card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Q. Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

If the COD option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

Q. Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at support@storeinfini-t.com

DELIVERY:

Q. What is the delivery time period?

The tentative delivery period varies from 5-10 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Q. Do you apply any shipping charges?

We offer FREE Shipping across India for all orders whichever product you buy.
